Multi-brand support allows you to use multiple brand identities with a single subscription. Say you're an agency that has built a specific brand for dentists, and another one for yoga teachers: with multi-brand support you can use both of these brands under a single subscription. Every time you receive full (manager or admin) access to a new client, 1 onboarding credit is used. Whether the client shares 1 account or more doesn’t matter - it’s 1 credit per client. If you need to get view-only access, for example to audit a client, you’ll be automatically using “audit credits” of which there are a lot more available on each plan.
We want your clients to have a great first impression, so we will never deactivate your links as long as you have an active subscription with us (and even if you don’t, we’ll give you some time to rectify that). When you run over your limit, you will be charged a small overage fee, depending on your plan: Starter Plan – $30 for 3 onboarding credits + 10 view-only credits; Agency Plan – $30 for 5 onboarding credits + 25 view-only credits; Pro Plan – $30 for 10 onboarding credits + 50 view-only credits.
